The Ageing Well Hub is based in the Live Well Centre. We welcome older people, their families, and carers.
The Hub is a safe and friendly place to:
- meet new people
- take part in activities, events, and training
- get advice, and practical and emotional support
- find out about local services and organisations which could help you
Whether you just want a cuppa and a chat, or you want to try something new, the Hub is here for you. We want to support you, help you to stay active and independent, and reduce loneliness and isolation.
Come along to one of our drop-in coffee mornings (Wednesdays, from 10am to 12pm) to find out more about what we offer.
