High blood pressure can increase your risk of developing serious problems, like heart attacks and strokes, if it’s not treated.
We offer free blood pressure tests at the Live Well Centre. Pop in any time during our opening hours, and we’ll check your blood pressure for you.
We’ll explain your blood pressure reading and what it means. If your blood pressure is high, we can suggest ways you might be able to reduce it.
