We work with people to increase their fitness and mobility to help with, or reduce the risk of, certain health conditions.
We offer:

- dedicated changing rooms and lockers
- friendly staff on hand to help
Please note, we only work with people who have a referral from their GP or a health professional. The gym is not open to the public unless they’re attending a class. Check the latest news page to find out about upcoming classes.
Partnerships
We’re working with town centre businesses to offer lower-cost gym access for staff and residents.
Our current partners include:
- Holiday Inn Express – hotel guests can access the gym for a special rate – ask at reception for more information
- Cleveland Centre proprietors – staff from Cleveland Centre units (with valid ID) can access the gym for a special rate
- Teesside University School of Health student placements and work experience
- NHS service delivery to promote, protect, and prevent ill-health in our communities
