The welfare rights team offers specialist benefits advice. They can tell you which benefits you might be able to get based on your circumstances, and help you with your claim.
They can also represent you in benefit appeals, up to Upper Tribunal level.
The team offers in-office appointments to all residents in Middlesbrough, and home visits for residents who are housebound.
