Public Health have agreed to support TocH with collecting meaningful data from local residents.
For over 100 years TocH has worked in communities across the UK, delivering much-needed health and wellbeing support to those in need.
They want to make sure we all have stable lives, friendly neighbourhoods and help with our emotional wellbeing.
The charity plan to deliver a programme of co-produced, compassionate support for adults and families in Middlesbrough, but they want to understand more about the area, local challenges and the hopes and aspirations of residents.
They would also love to know more about the barriers residents often face to accessing traditional support services. This will help them design an accessible programme tailored to those most in need of support.
